Before each job, free advising and a non-binding offer are provided. Depending on the job’s size, the price of each job includes 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the event as preparation and discussion time.
The client purchases the unrestricted rights to use all photos, unlimited by time and location. This does not affect the photographer’s right to use the photos for advertising purposes on his website. When publishing the photos, credits should be as follows: Photo(s): Henning Lüders
Express service (for example, overnight) is possible for all jobs to the extent that time permits (this depends on the event).
Each CD, each contact sheet, each photo contains a sticker, listing the event, archive number and ordering instructions. For all jobs, a backup CD is kept in our archive. If the original CD is damaged, the client can at all times request a new CD. In this case, the client will only be invoiced for a duplicate CD.
Internet and intranet services (for example, conversions for screen displays, etc.) are available upon request.
